L'orgue de tribune

Cet instrument, à traction mécanique de style classique, fut entièrement conçu et réalisé par Karl Wilhelm, facteur d'orgues québécois d’origine allemande. L’acoustique exceptionelle de l’église et une harmonisation particulièrement poétique en font un instrument polivalent pouvant servir une vaste parti du répertoire d’orgue.

L’orgue fut inauguré en novembre 1967 par Bernard Lagacé.

L'orgue de choeur

L’orgue Rieger, qui trône dans le choeur de l’église, fut importé d’Allemagne en 1958 par les Pères Jésuites pour leur maison de St-Jérôme. En 1963, Les Pères Eudistes en font l’aquisition pour la chapelle du Collège Jean-Eudes de Montréal. On confie à Karl Wilhelm les travaux de déménagament et d’instalation de l’instrument. L’orgue est maintenant la propriété du Père Jean-Jacques Dionne, chef de choeur à l’église St-Bonaventure.

The gallery organ

This mechanical action classic-style instrument was completely designed and built by Karl Wilhelm, German-born organbuilder. Most of the organ literature can be played on this versatile instrument due to the church's exceptional acoustics and the instrument's poetic voicing.

The instrument was inahgurated in November 1967 by Bernard Lagacé.

The chancel organ

The Riege organ, installed in the chancel, was imported from Germany in 1958 by the Jesuit Fathers for the house in St. Jerome. In 1963, the instrument was purchased by the Eudist Fathers for the chapel in Jean-Eudes College in Montreal. Karl Wilhelm was commissionned for moving the installins the instrument. The organ is now the personal property of Father Jean-Jacques Dionne, choir director in St. Bonaventure.
